Nutritious and healthy food prevents us from chronic diseases such as heart attack, hypertension, obesity, and diabetes. Anyone who wants to eat healthy foods in their diet should eat those foods in their natural state or unprocessed food as much as possible.

• Add some grain products to your meal that is lower in fat, salt, or sugar.

• Milk is a wonderful resource of vitamin and calcium. Drinking milk will help you to boost energy and fulfill the vitamin deficiency.

• Meat gives protein, vitamins, and energy for a healthy life.
