- Always drink water before or during meals. Don't drink water right after having some meals because I will not break it down into smaller pieces because of the dilution of acid in your stomach. Ultimately, you will suffer because of the indigestion of food in the intestinal tract.
- Stay away from unnecessary junk food as it is extremely unhealthy.
- Eat fresh fruits in breakfast like pineapple, apple, banana, pomegranate, and watermelon to boost your immune system.
- Add fresh organic vegetables to your meal in a moderate amount.
- Take saturated fats instead of unsaturated fats. Add some foods which are rich in carbohydrates like Oats, blueberries, bananas, oranges, and chickpeas.
- Avoid most processed food. Eat a balanced diet and try to eat a smaller meal instead of eating enormous meals to avoid indigestion of food.
- Maintain a healthy and balanced body weight to do that then go to daily walk for at least twenty minutes.
- Make a uniform sleep schedule. Sleep 6-8 hours daily at the same time every night and wake up early in the morning.
- Wash your hands before eating anything to avoid respiratory and diarrheal infections.
- Do breakfast, dinner, and lunch at the proper time to maintain a proper diet.
- Reduce salt consumption to avoid hypertension.
- Walk on due drops early in the morning as it lowers the blood pressure and body temperature.
- Do proper exercise to keep yourself physically fit and healthy because exercise helps to improve the blood circulation in the body.
- You can sit in the sunlight during the morning to get vitamin D naturally.
- Engage yourself with some activity to keep your mind calm and relax.
