Big Head Scissors is a great game to play in the office. You will need two colleagues to play this game. You simply grab one person by the arms, the second person grabs the first person and they are both suspended upside down. As they are upside down, they try to get their feet in front of the first person. The first person to put their feet in front of their competitor wins the game.


c. The Blindfolded Chair

This is an elementary game to play in the office. The two players get into a chair facing each other. Each player wraps a blindfold around his or her head. The person who is blindfold can not see their opponent. Once they are in their blindfolds, the players take turns putting their feet on the other person's chair. Whoever lands on top is the winner.


d. The Chair Lift

The Chair Lift is a simple game to play in the office. Players simply sit in their chair, with feet on the floor. They try to jump as high as possible. The person who jumps the highest wins. You can play it on the floor or by sitting in a chair that has been upholstered.


e. The Hot Foot

In this game players stand facing each other with their feet on the ground. Each person starts off with their feet at knee height. As they jump their feet, try to touch the other person's feet. The guy who touches the other person's feet first wins.


f. The Jump Rope

A jump rope is an excellent way to stay in shape at the office. The two players jump as high as possible on their toes. The person who is on the floor when the rope passes over them is the winner. This game is beneficial to keep you in shape while at work.

2. Take a Break for Exercise

When you carry out work in the office, it is pretty easy to become too sedentary. If you are steadily sitting down in a desk chair for hours on end, then you are not doing your body any favors. One of the best things to do if you are working in an office is to take a break to get some exercise. This is usually a simple thing to do and a short break can really do your body good.

a. Take a 5-minute Walk Around the Building

Make a point of getting up and walking around the office building for a few minutes. If there is a gym in the office, you can take a brisk walk to get some exercise. If you do not have access to a gym in the office, take a stroll around the building and see if you can get a few minutes of exercise in. Make a point of getting up and walking around for a little while every hour. You don't need to walk more than a few minutes.


b. Take a 5-minute Walk Outside

If you work in the office and there are lots of buildings near you, take a 5-minute walk out of your building. If you do not have access to a building that has a gym in it, find a park or an open area to take a walk.

c. Take a Walk Around the Yard

If you have a yard around your office, take a walk in it. Don't be afraid to step outside your building and take a short gait in the grass or the shrubbery. The exercise will do you fruitful and make you feel better about yourself when you get back inside.


d. Do a Calorie Burn

If you are sitting in a desk chair for hours on end and you are not getting the exercise you want, then you can do a small calorie burn by standing up and walking around the office a bit. Once you get a couple of minutes of exercise walking around the office or on the way to your office, you can do a calorie burn by running on the treadmill for a minute or two.

3. Do nothing for a few minutes

After a tedious day at the office it almost guaranteed you to have a lot on your mind. The best way to get it all out of your system is to do nothing for a few minutes.

4. Plan Your Day

The next time you work in the office take a few minutes to plan your day. Plan what you are going to accomplish, your priorities, how you want to spend your day and what you want to accomplish. When you feel relaxed and calm, make a point of putting that plan into action.

5. Listen to Music

Listening to music while you are working in the office can help you relax. A favorite piece of music is also the best way to make yourself feel more comfortable at work.
